Private Pilates Session
Training for a marathon? Transitioning from physical therapy? Want to try something new? Utilize all the Classical Pilates apparatus (including Reformer, Tower and Chairs), and work privately with an experienced instructor to create a Pilates program tailored to your unique health and fitness goals. Each private session is 55 minutes.
Semi-Private Pilates Session
Grab a friend or two and get moving together! Utilizing all the Classical Pilates apparatus (including Reformer, Tower and Chairs), an experienced instructor will create a challenging workout for everyone while providing individual feedback, so you each get the most out of your joint session. Group Mat Classes
Join us in our dynamic Classical Pilates mat class, enhanced with props to deepen your practice. Designed for all levels, this class focuses on core stability, mindful movement, and precise alignment to help you build strength and flexibility. Experience a full-body workout that leaves you feeling energized and centered. Each class is 50 minutes.
Virtual Pilates
Join us from the comfort of home or your own space, free of distraction. Sessions can be designed around use of your own Pilates equipment or just using a mat and small props, all you need is an internet connection. Each virtual session is 55 minutes. You need a secure WiFi connection for this service.
